Website is Gimmicky
I am satisfied with product, but using the website was less than satisfactory. The site offered discounts to purchase more, but the discount was not given, and the order was processed. I think that is dishonest.
I have been using Soft Swim products in my pool for years, but their clarifying agent”C”, which is h2o2 based has been very hard to find in my “local" pool store, which I have to drive to Sedona for.
It worked! I used 2 qts, and then a week later another 2 qts, in a 5000 gal pool, and it brought the “C” level up to normal!
No shipment and still no refund!
Customer service was horrible, almost nonexistent, very rude. Still no refund for botched order. Having to dispute through credit card company now.

Least expensive I’ve found
I’m so thankful to find 35% hydrogen peroxide for our pool. We just converted from chlorine to hydrogen peroxide. Our pool is now the clearest and most comfortable it’s ever been. I do worry that maybe the product loses some of its efficacy with the 7 days shipping time from AZ to TN. I wish hydrogen peroxide was less expensive but this is the least expensive I’ve found. Very thankful!!

I love Hydrogen Peroxide! I think life would be sad without it. I use to brush my teeth, body spray. But it’s magnificent as a laundry booster, a surface cleaner, and to clean toilets. A gazillion uses for it! Love it!
Not what I ordered
I ordered 10 gallons of food grade hydrogen peroxide. I received 40-32oz bottles instead. I am using this for my pool and it would’ve been much easier to have gallon bottles. And they charged me the $26 hazmat signature fee. I’m in the process of getting this refunded, but I won’t be ordering from them again. Also the boxes they shipped in were flimsy, they need to upgrade to heavy duty boxes to protect the product.
