Notice: 35% Hydrogen Peroxide is a hazardous material UN2014 product, we do not accept returns. You need to be a certified hazmat shipper to ship hazmat. All sales for 35% Hydrogen Peroxide are final.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days if you have not opened the product. However, please note that you cannot simply send the product back for a return. You must coordinate the return with us before we can issue a refund. Customer will be required to pay for return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, unopened and undamaged, and after coordinating the return with us, we will refund the product price.
Wrong Shipping Address or Nobody Available to Receive the Product
If you do not provide us with the proper shipping information (wrong address, missing apartment number etc), or nobody is there to receive the product, we will not reship your product for free.
- Wrong Address: You will be required to order the product again. We cannot reimburse or reship for these mistakes.
- Hazmat Products: You will be required to pay the entire shipping fee again plus any hazmat charges (hazmat fees are $45 per package set by FedEx).
Cancellation
We ship our products very fast. If you decide to cancel your order, do so quickly. If we have already shipped your package, you will have to follow our return policy. We will not cancel and refund the order once it has been shipped.
35% Hydrogen Peroxide
35% Hydrogen Peroxide is a hazmat item. The cost in shipping this item is significantly more then regular packages. All hazmat shipments are signature required on delivery. You need to make sure you or an adult signer are home/available to receive the item. We will not change your address to a different delivery location, refund, cancel or reship the item if you are not there to receive it. All sales on 35% Hydrogen Peroxide are final.

For our valued customers in Canada, please note that we ship with FedEx International. We are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order. Any customs or import-related charges must be handled directly between you and FedEx customs. Please be aware of and prepared for any potential customs fees when placing your order.
