1. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

1.1 Read This Policy Before Ordering

Certain products sold by Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC are concentrated chemicals that require appropriate knowledge, handling, storage, personal protective equipment (“PPE”), transportation precautions, and disposal procedures.

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this entire policy.

This includes, without limitation, the hazardous-material warnings, PPE requirements, handling and storage requirements, shipping and venting characteristics, procedures for leaking or damaged shipments, disposal responsibilities, return restrictions, Shipping Insurance requirements, and other terms and limitations described below.

You are responsible for understanding the product and concentration you are purchasing before placing your order.

1.2 Know What You Are Purchasing

Hydrogen peroxide is not an ordinary consumer liquid. The hazards associated with hydrogen peroxide increase substantially as concentration increases.

35% Hydrogen Peroxide is shipped as UN2014, Hydrogen Peroxide, Aqueous Solution, Class 5.1 (Oxidizer), with a Class 8 (Corrosive) subsidiary hazard.

Concentrated hydrogen peroxide can cause serious injury if improperly handled.

If you do not understand the hazards, PPE requirements, handling requirements, storage requirements, or disposal requirements associated with the concentration you are purchasing, do not order or handle the product until you have obtained the information and professional guidance necessary to do so safely and lawfully.

1.3 Responsibility of the Purchaser

By purchasing hydrogen peroxide from Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding:

  1. The concentration you selected;
  2. The hazards associated with that concentration;
  3. Appropriate PPE;
  4. Appropriate handling procedures;
  5. Appropriate storage procedures;
  6. Appropriate spill and emergency procedures;
  7. Applicable transportation restrictions; and
  8. Applicable disposal requirements in your jurisdiction.

Failure to read this policy, the product description, hazard information, or applicable Safety Data Sheet (“SDS”) does not eliminate the hazards associated with the product or relieve the purchaser of responsibility for handling it safely.

2. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & SAFE HANDLING

2.1 PPE Is Required

DO NOT HANDLE CONCENTRATED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WITH BARE HANDS.

Appropriate PPE must be worn when handling concentrated hydrogen peroxide.

At a minimum, appropriate handling requires:

  1. Chemical-resistant protective gloves suitable for hydrogen peroxide;
  2. Appropriate eye protection, such as chemical splash goggles; and
  3. Clothing and footwear appropriate to protect against accidental chemical exposure.

Depending upon the concentration, quantity, application, working environment, and possibility of splashing, additional PPE may be necessary.

2.2 Handling Leaking or Potentially Leaking Packages

If a shipping box, protective bag, container, cap, or surrounding packaging is wet or appears to be leaking, do not touch the wet area with bare skin.

Before handling a potentially leaking package:

  1. Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away.
  2. Put on appropriate PPE, including chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.
  3. Keep the package away from combustible and incompatible materials.
  4. Do not place a visibly leaking package on carpet, upholstered furniture, wood, paper, cardboard other than its shipping packaging, or other combustible or readily oxidizable materials.
  5. Inspect the package only when it is safe to do so.
  6. Take photographs before discarding packaging or altering the condition of the shipment if you intend to make a damage claim.

2.3 General Safe-Handling Requirements

Before opening, moving, using, transferring, storing, cleaning up, or disposing of concentrated hydrogen peroxide:

  1. Understand the concentration you purchased.
  2. Review applicable product information and the SDS.
  3. Put on appropriate PPE.
  4. Open containers carefully and away from your face and body.
  5. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, clothing, and incompatible materials.
  6. Keep hydrogen peroxide away from heat, contamination, combustible materials, organic materials, reducing agents, and other incompatible substances.
  7. Do not return unused or contaminated peroxide to its original container.
  8. Keep the product away from children, pets, and unauthorized persons.
  9. Store the product securely and appropriately for its concentration.
  10. Do not transfer concentrated hydrogen peroxide into an inappropriate, incompatible, unlabeled, or unvented container.
  11. Understand appropriate emergency, spill-control, first-aid, and disposal procedures before handling the product.

If you do not know how to safely handle concentrated hydrogen peroxide, do not handle it until you have obtained appropriate professional guidance.

3. SHIPPING CONTAINERS, VENTING & PRESSURE

3.1 Why Hydrogen Peroxide Containers Are Vented

Hydrogen peroxide naturally decomposes into water and oxygen. Changes in temperature, altitude, and other transportation conditions can contribute to pressure changes inside a hydrogen peroxide container.

For safety reasons, applicable Bulk Peroxide containers use specialized hydrophobic vented closures designed to permit pressure equalization while helping prevent liquid from passing through the closure under normal conditions.

This venting is intentional and is an important component of the packaging system.

3.2 Packages May Not Remain Upright

Shipping carriers do not guarantee that packages will remain upright.

During transportation, packages may be:

  1. Tilted;
  2. Placed on their sides;
  3. Turned upside down;
  4. Stacked;
  5. Dropped;
  6. Subjected to vibration or impact; or
  7. Exposed to substantial temperature and altitude changes.

When a hydrogen peroxide container remains on its side or upside down, particularly when combined with temperature or altitude changes, a small amount of liquid may occasionally pass through or around the venting system.

3.3 Protective Bags

Applicable hydrogen peroxide containers are placed inside protective bags as an additional containment measure.

The bag is there specifically because minor liquid accumulation can occasionally occur during transportation.

The presence of a few drops or a small amount of liquid inside this protective bag does not, by itself, mean anything is wrong with the product.

4. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES

4.1 Inspect Before Handling

When your shipment arrives:

  1. Visually inspect the exterior of the shipping carton before opening it.
  2. Look for wet areas, substantial crushing, punctures, obvious leakage, or evidence that the carrier repackaged the shipment.
  3. If everything appears dry and intact, open the package carefully.
  4. Wear appropriate PPE when handling concentrated hydrogen peroxide even when the package appears normal.
  5. Inspect each container and protective bag.
  6. Inspect the induction safety seal underneath the cap before using the product.

4.2 Scenario A — Box Is Fine and There Are Only Drops in the Bag

A common transportation condition is:

  • The shipping box looks normal;
  • The bottle looks normal;
  • The protective bag is intact; and
  • There are a few drops or a small amount of liquid inside the bag.

This does not, by itself, indicate that the product is damaged, defective, contaminated, or compromised.

In this situation:

  1. Put on appropriate chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.
  2. Carefully remove the container from the protective bag.
  3. Inspect the container for punctures, cracks, or other significant damage.
  4. Inspect the induction seal underneath the cap.
  5. If the induction seal is intact and there is no significant container damage or product loss, the product is generally considered intact.
  6. While wearing appropriate PPE, rinse residual peroxide from the exterior of the closed container with water, keeping the cap and closure secured.
  7. Allow the exterior of the container to dry before storage.
  8. Store the product appropriately.

A few drops or a small amount of liquid inside the protective bag with an intact induction seal does not qualify for a refund, replacement, reimbursement, or free Shipping Insurance claim.

4.3 Scenario B — The Shipping Box Is Wet

If the shipping carton arrives visibly wet:

DO NOT HANDLE THE WET PACKAGE WITH BARE HANDS.

If a package is visibly leaking or you do not believe you can safely receive and handle it, you may refuse delivery and inform the courier that you will not accept the leaking package.

If you choose to accept the shipment:

  1. Put on appropriate PPE before handling it.
  2. Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away.
  3. Keep the shipment away from combustible and incompatible materials.
  4. Place it in an appropriate location where it can be safely inspected.
  5. Photograph the shipping carton before opening it.
  6. Photograph all wet areas and visible damage.
  7. Carefully open and inspect the shipment while wearing PPE.
  8. Photograph the protective bags and individual containers.
  9. Determine whether any containers are punctured, cracked, significantly leaking, or missing.
  10. Inspect the induction seals.
  11. Contact Bulk Peroxide promptly if there is substantial leakage, a compromised induction seal, a punctured container, or missing product.

Do not discard the shipping carton or damaged packaging until you have taken the photographs necessary to document a potential carrier or Shipping Insurance claim.

4.4 Scenario C — Courier Repacked the Shipment

Occasionally a carrier may damage a package during transportation and then repackage or reinforce the shipment before completing delivery.

Signs of carrier repackaging may include:

  1. A replacement or different shipping carton;
  2. Additional carrier tape;
  3. Unexpected packing materials;
  4. Loose paper or absorbent material that Bulk Peroxide did not use;
  5. Missing protective packaging;
  6. Containers positioned differently from the original packaging configuration; or
  7. Missing containers.

Bulk Peroxide does not intentionally pack loose paper or other combustible absorbent material in direct contact with potentially leaking concentrated hydrogen peroxide.

If unexpected paper or other absorbent material is present and appears wet or contaminated with peroxide:

  1. Do not handle it with bare hands.
  2. Put on appropriate PPE.
  3. Keep the material away from heat, flames, ignition sources, organic materials, and other combustible materials.
  4. Do not casually place peroxide-contaminated paper into ordinary trash.
  5. Photograph the material and shipment.
  6. Isolate the affected shipment from incompatible materials when it can be done safely.
  7. Follow the applicable SDS and local hazardous-material or waste authority’s instructions for safe handling and disposal.

Unexpected packing materials can be evidence that the carrier damaged and repackaged the shipment.

4.5 Scenario D — A Bottle Is Missing

If you ordered multiple containers and fewer containers arrive than were shipped, the carrier may have damaged the shipment and removed a damaged container before repackaging or delivering the remaining products.

Bulk Peroxide will investigate documented shortages and, when confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement, reimbursement, or other resolution.

To document a missing-container claim:

  1. Photograph the exterior shipping carton;
  2. Photograph the shipping label;
  3. Photograph the inside of the carton;
  4. Photograph all containers received;
  5. Photograph any carrier-added packaging or repackaging materials; and
  6. Contact Bulk Peroxide promptly with your order number and documentation.

Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been documented.

4.6 Scenario E — Bottle Is Dented or Cosmetically Damaged

Shipping containers can become dented, scuffed, scratched, or cosmetically distorted during transportation.

Cosmetic damage does not automatically mean the product is damaged.

A dented container does not qualify for a refund or replacement merely because its appearance is imperfect if:

  1. The container is not punctured or cracked;
  2. There is no significant product loss;
  3. The container remains functional;
  4. The induction seal remains intact; and
  5. The product itself has not been compromised.

A bottle is a shipping and storage container, not a cosmetic display item. Normal transportation can affect its appearance without affecting the integrity of the product inside.

4.7 Scenario F — Container Is Punctured, Cracked or Significantly Leaking

If a container is punctured, cracked, actively leaking, or has lost a significant quantity of product:

  1. Do not handle the leaking area with bare hands.
  2. Put on appropriate PPE.
  3. Keep people and animals away.
  4. Keep the product away from combustible and incompatible materials.
  5. Do not use the product.
  6. Take photographs when it is safe to do so.
  7. Contact Bulk Peroxide promptly for instructions.
  8. Follow applicable SDS, emergency, cleanup, and local disposal requirements.

Do not automatically ship the damaged product back to Bulk Peroxide.

5. MINOR LEAKAGE, INDUCTION SEALS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

5.1 Minor Vent Leakage Is an Anticipated Shipping Condition

Because the containers are vented and carriers may transport packages sideways or upside down, minor leakage can occasionally occur.

A few drops or a small amount of liquid inside the protective bag is an anticipated possibility and does not, by itself, constitute shipping damage.

5.2 Minor Leakage Does Not Mean Contamination

Minor leakage into the protective bag:

  1. Does not mean the product is contaminated;
  2. Does not mean the product is defective;
  3. Does not mean the product has materially lost concentration;
  4. Does not mean the remaining product has lost its integrity;
  5. Does not, by itself, constitute shipping damage; and
  6. Does not qualify for a refund, replacement, reimbursement, or free Shipping Insurance claim.

5.3 The Induction Seal Is the Primary Inspection Point

If you observe minor liquid inside the protective bag, inspect the induction safety seal underneath the cap.

If the induction seal is intact, the container has not been punctured or cracked, and there has not been significant product loss, minor liquid inside the bag does not ordinarily indicate that the product itself has been compromised.

5.4 Broken or Compromised Induction Seal

If the induction seal is broken, damaged, or compromised:

  1. Do not use the product.
  2. Wear appropriate PPE when handling the container.
  3. Photograph the container, cap, induction seal, bag, shipping carton, and shipping label.
  4. Contact Bulk Peroxide promptly.

A compromised induction seal may qualify as shipping damage after review.

5.5 Significant Product Loss

Significant product loss may qualify for a replacement, reimbursement, refund, or other resolution after review.

Eligibility depends upon the circumstances and amount of product lost.

Minor drops or a small amount of liquid inside the protective bag do not qualify.

6. SHIPPING INSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Free Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover Minor Vent Leakage

Where free Shipping Insurance is provided with an order, it is intended to address qualifying loss or shipping damage.

Minor vent leakage, a few drops of liquid inside a protective bag, ordinary cosmetic container damage, dents, scratches, scuffs, or other conditions that do not compromise the product do not constitute a qualifying Shipping Insurance claim.

6.2 Documentation Is Required

Claims involving missing products, substantial leakage, punctured containers, compromised seals, or significant carrier damage require reasonable documentation.

We may require:

  1. Photographs of the exterior carton;
  2. Photographs of the shipping label;
  3. Photographs of the interior packaging;
  4. Photographs of all containers received;
  5. Photographs of the damaged container;
  6. Photographs of the induction seal;
  7. Photographs of leaked product or wet packaging;
  8. Photographs of carrier-added packaging or repackaging materials; and
  9. Other reasonable information needed to determine what occurred.

Failure to preserve or provide reasonable documentation may prevent us from verifying a claim.

7. DAMAGED HAZARDOUS-MATERIAL SHIPMENTS

7.1 A Refund Does Not Eliminate the Hazard

Purchasing a hazardous chemical means special precautions may still be required if the shipment is damaged.

A damaged container does not cease being hazardous simply because the customer may qualify for a refund or replacement.

7.2 Purchaser’s Safety Responsibilities Continue

If hazardous material remains in your possession, you remain responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions while it is in your custody.

This can include:

  1. Wearing appropriate PPE;
  2. Restricting access to the affected area;
  3. Preventing contact with combustible or incompatible materials;
  4. Following appropriate spill or containment procedures;
  5. Consulting the applicable SDS;
  6. Contacting appropriate local authorities or professionals when necessary; and
  7. Arranging lawful disposal when required.

7.3 Do Not Return Damaged Hazmat Without Authorization

Do not automatically ship leaking, damaged, or unwanted hazardous material back to Bulk Peroxide.

Transportation of hazardous materials is regulated. Unauthorized return shipment may itself violate applicable transportation requirements.

Receiving a refund or replacement does not authorize you to ship hazardous material back to us.

8. DISPOSAL RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 Disposal Rules Vary by Jurisdiction

Hydrogen peroxide disposal requirements can vary according to:

  1. Concentration;
  2. Quantity;
  3. Condition of the material;
  4. Intended or prior use;
  5. State law;
  6. County requirements;
  7. Municipal requirements;
  8. Sewer or wastewater regulations;
  9. Environmental regulations; and
  10. Hazardous-waste requirements.

A disposal method permitted in one jurisdiction may not be permitted in another.

8.2 Determine Disposal Requirements Before Ordering

Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC cannot determine the disposal requirements applicable to every customer’s location.

Before ordering, you are responsible for determining whether you can safely and lawfully possess, store, use, and ultimately dispose of the product in your jurisdiction.

Depending upon your location and circumstances, you may need to contact:

  1. Your state environmental or hazardous-waste agency;
  2. Your county or municipal hazardous-waste authority;
  3. Your local household hazardous-waste program, where applicable;
  4. Your local fire department or hazardous-material authority;
  5. Your wastewater or sewer authority; or
  6. A properly licensed hazardous-waste disposal company.

8.3 Do Not Assume a Disposal Method Is Permitted

Do not pour, dump, discharge, dilute for disposal, place into ordinary trash, or otherwise dispose of concentrated hydrogen peroxide unless you have determined that the method is safe and permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

8.4 Disposal Remains the Purchaser’s Responsibility

Once the product has been delivered, the purchaser is responsible for determining and complying with applicable requirements governing continued possession, storage, handling, cleanup, transportation, and disposal.

The inability to conveniently or inexpensively dispose of a product does not make the product returnable.

Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC does not operate as a hazardous-waste disposal service and cannot accept unauthorized hazardous-material shipments for disposal.

9. 35% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE — HAZARDOUS MATERIAL & FINAL SALE

9.1 Hazard Classification

35% Hydrogen Peroxide is shipped as UN2014, Hydrogen Peroxide, Aqueous Solution, Class 5.1 (Oxidizer), with a Class 8 (Corrosive) subsidiary hazard.

9.2 Hazmat Shipping Requirements

Transportation of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide is subject to hazardous-material shipping requirements.

A customer cannot simply place this product into an ordinary box and send it through a parcel carrier.

Shipping regulated hazardous materials requires compliance with applicable:

  1. Training requirements;
  2. Packaging requirements;
  3. Marking requirements;
  4. Labeling requirements;
  5. Documentation requirements;
  6. Carrier requirements; and
  7. Federal and other applicable transportation regulations.

9.3 All 35% Sales Are Final

We do not accept ordinary returns of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. All sales of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Do not attempt to return 35% Hydrogen Peroxide through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another carrier unless you are legally authorized and qualified to ship the material and comply with all applicable hazardous-material transportation requirements.

9.4 Shipping Damage Is Different From a Return

If 35% Hydrogen Peroxide arrives with qualifying substantial shipping damage, significant product loss, a punctured container, or a compromised induction seal, contact Bulk Peroxide.

A qualifying damage claim is not the same as an ordinary product return.

10. RETURNS OF ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

10.1 Return Period

Except for products specifically designated as non-returnable, unopened and undamaged eligible products may be returned within 65 days of delivery.

10.2 Authorization Required

Do not send a product back without first contacting Bulk Peroxide and receiving return authorization and instructions.

10.3 Return Conditions

For an approved return:

  1. The product must be unopened and undamaged.
  2. The return must be authorized before shipment.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed by Bulk Peroxide.
  4. The order number must be included with the return.
  5. The product will be inspected after receipt.
  6. The eligible product purchase price will be refunded following approval.
  7. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 days after inspection.

Original shipping charges and services already performed, including Expedited Processing, are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

11. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

11.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  1. Street address;
  2. Apartment or suite number;
  3. City;
  4. State;
  5. ZIP/postal code; and
  6. Any other information necessary for successful delivery.

11.2 Failed Delivery Due to Customer Address Error

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, Bulk Peroxide is not responsible for replacing or reshipping the order at our expense.

If another shipment is required, the customer is responsible for applicable replacement and/or reshipping costs.

For hazardous-material shipments, the customer is also responsible for applicable hazardous-material transportation charges.

12. SIGNATURE-REQUIRED HAZMAT SHIPMENTS

12.1 Adult Signature Requirement

35% Hydrogen Peroxide shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that an eligible recipient is available to receive the shipment.

12.2 Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to provide the required signature, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will permit the shipment to be redirected.

If another shipment is required because the customer was unavailable to receive the original shipment, the customer will be responsible for applicable shipping and hazardous-material charges.

FedEx currently charges a $45 hazardous-material fee per applicable package.

Bulk Peroxide does not provide free replacement shipments or refunds for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to provide the required adult signature, except where otherwise required by law.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

13.1 Cancel Quickly

We process and ship orders quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

13.2 Orders Already Shipped

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped or has been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

After shipment, eligible products are subject to this return policy. Products designated as final sale remain non-returnable.

14. EXPEDITED PROCESSING

14.1 What Expedited Processing Covers

Expedited Processing is an optional service that prioritizes an order in our fulfillment queue so that it is packed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

14.2 The Fee Is for Processing, Not Carrier Transit

The Expedited Processing fee pays for priority handling by Bulk Peroxide.

Once the package has been transferred to UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, transportation is controlled by the carrier.

Carrier delays, service disruptions, loss, or damage after transfer to the carrier do not mean that the Expedited Processing service was not performed.

14.3 Expedited Processing Is Non-Refundable After Performance

The Expedited Processing fee is non-refundable once the expedited processing service has been performed, regardless of subsequent carrier delays or shipping issues, except where otherwise required by law.

15. SHIPPING TO CANADA

15.1 International Shipping

Canadian orders are shipped using FedEx International.

15.2 Duties, Taxes & Import Costs

Customers are responsible for applicable:

  1. Customs duties;
  2. Taxes;
  3. Brokerage charges;
  4. Import fees; and
  5. Other charges associated with importing the order.

These charges are not included in the product purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise and are not controlled by Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC.

Any customs or import-related charges must be resolved directly with FedEx and/or the appropriate Canadian authorities.

16. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 Purchaser Responsibilities

By purchasing hydrogen peroxide from Bulk Peroxide / PureChem Pros LLC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for safely:

  1. Receiving;
  2. Opening;
  3. Handling;
  4. Moving;
  5. Using;
  6. Transferring;
  7. Storing;
  8. Containing;
  9. Cleaning up; and
  10. Disposing of the product.

You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone you permit to access or handle the product understands its hazards and uses appropriate PPE.

16.2 Misuse and Failure to Follow Safety Requirements

You accept responsibility for injury, property damage, environmental damage, regulatory violations, cleanup expenses, disposal expenses, or other losses resulting from:

  1. Misuse;
  2. Improper handling;
  3. Improper storage;
  4. Improper disposal;
  5. Failure to use appropriate PPE;
  6. Failure to follow disclosed warnings;
  7. Failure to review applicable safety information;
  8. Unauthorized use; or
  9. Failure to understand the product being purchased.

16.3 Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser assumes the risks associated with the possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, transfer, cleanup, and disposal of the product after delivery and agrees not to hold Bulk Peroxide, PureChem Pros LLC, or their respective owners, employees, agents, or affiliates liable for injury, loss, damage, cleanup costs, disposal costs, penalties, or other consequences resulting from the purchaser’s failure to understand the product, failure to follow applicable safety requirements, failure to use appropriate PPE, improper storage, improper handling, misuse, or improper disposal.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, waive, or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or limited under applicable law.

17. CUSTOMER’S FINAL AGREEMENT

17.1 Agreement at Checkout

BY CHECKING THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT BOX AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS ENTIRE POLICY.

You specifically acknowledge that:

  1. You understand the concentration and nature of the chemical you are purchasing.
  2. You understand that concentrated hydrogen peroxide is hazardous and requires appropriate precautions.
  3. You understand that 35% Hydrogen Peroxide is shipped as UN2014, Class 5.1 (Oxidizer), with a Class 8 (Corrosive) subsidiary hazard.
  4. You understand that appropriate PPE is required.
  5. You will not handle concentrated hydrogen peroxide without, at minimum, appropriate chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.
  6. You accept responsibility for safely receiving, opening, handling, using, storing, containing, cleaning up, and disposing of the product.
  7. You understand that disposal requirements vary by jurisdiction and determining and complying with those requirements is your responsibility.
  8. You understand that a damaged hazardous-material shipment may still require appropriate PPE, containment, cleanup, storage, and lawful disposal.
  9. You understand that receiving a refund or replacement does not eliminate your responsibility to safely handle and lawfully dispose of hazardous material remaining in your possession.
  10. You understand that hydrophobic vented closures are intentionally used on applicable containers for pressure equalization.
  11. You understand that shipping carriers may transport packages sideways or upside down.
  12. You understand that minor leakage into the protective shipping bag can therefore occasionally occur.
  13. You understand that a few drops or a small amount of liquid inside the protective bag does not constitute product damage and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, reimbursement, or free Shipping Insurance claim.
  14. You understand that cosmetic dents, scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic container damage do not qualify for reimbursement when the container and product remain functional and uncompromised.
  15. You understand that the induction seal is an important indicator of whether the container remains sealed.
  16. You understand that a visibly wet or leaking shipment should never be handled with bare hands.
  17. You understand that carrier-added paper or absorbent packaging potentially contaminated with concentrated hydrogen peroxide requires appropriate precautions and should not simply be treated as ordinary trash without determining proper handling and disposal requirements.
  18. You understand that missing containers or substantial carrier damage must be documented with photographs for a claim to be evaluated.
  19. You understand that 35% Hydrogen Peroxide is a regulated hazardous material and is final sale except where otherwise required by law.
  20. You understand that failure to read this policy or other applicable product information does not relieve you of responsibility for safely handling the product.
